Quality Control

Ruige Lab conducts multiple tests on product functionality such as thermal insulation test, mouth water sealing test, salt spray test, silicone soft and hardness test, outer box drop test, paint adhesion, and paint color matching light box. The company has a quality department that conducts random inspections starting from raw materials and complete packaging inspections to prevent the production of defective products. Finished products are randomly inspected again according to customer inspection standards. We strive to provide every consumer with a user experience. Ruige product series include: bullet cups, bachelor cups, bounce cups, office cups, car cups, sports bottles, wide mouth pots, coffee pots, etc. Applying ergonomic concepts, it is comfortable to hold, has long-lasting thermal insulation effect and is durable. It meets food-grade testing standards such as TUV, FDA, LFGB, and national standards, and is exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong.
